Hi, I'm Randy Panzarino (M.A., CCC-SLP), a speech-language pathologist with more than five years of experience serving clients of all ages in schools and private practice.
My life experiences, scientific curiosity, and passion for helping others led me to become a speech therapist.
Every human being deserves kindness, dignity, and respect. I strive to create a space where every voice is truly heard.
Read BioCommunication difficulties can be challenging, complex, and confusing, and effects might extend into various life domains. Ripple Speech Therapy was founded in light of personal experiences with stuttering, and a desire to help others communicate more freely, authentically, and reach their full human potential.
The word “Ripple” refers to a droplet of water creating a ripple effect, aligning with principles of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, which, at its core, asks clients their best hopes for therapy, and highlights positive behaviors they might already be engaged in which can incur larger, more radiating waves of positive change. Armed with evidence-based therapy practices and a flexible approach with the client and their family at the center, our aim is to create a holistic speech therapy experience with an emphasis on communicating more freely, effectively, and authentically.
The experience of stuttering is much more than what is simply observable to the listener. Stuttering therapy is holistic, multifactorial, and aims to alleviate the negative impact that stuttering is having on a person.

Speech-Language Pathologist · Orange County, CA
Hi, I'm Randy Panzarino, a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and person who stutters, working in schools and private practice in Orange County, California.
After completing degrees in Psychology (B.S., 2016) and Communication Sciences and Disorders (B.S., 2019, M.A., 2021) at the University of Central Florida, I moved to Dana Point, California in 2022, where I pursued work as a school-based SLP, serving students ages 3–18 in Elementary, Middle, and Special Needs schools.
My clinical experiences include assessing and treating a wide range of speech and language impairments in children and adults across school-based, outpatient, private practice, and home health settings — including internships in an Autism Spectrum Disorders clinic and working with adults post-traumatic brain injury.
My personal experiences with stuttering, a deep scientific curiosity, and a desire to help others led me to pursue a career as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
I have a particular interest in the psychosocial impacts of communication disorders. Extracurricularly, I enjoy publishing and presenting at conferences internationally on topics including stuttering, stigma, ableism, and disability. I lead the Orange County Chapter of the National Stuttering Association and have worked as a counselor at Camp SAY — a summer camp for kids who stutter — for 8 summers. Being a part of the broader stuttering self-help community has enriched my life and allowed me to meet so many incredible people across the globe.
When I'm not working as a speech therapist, I'm an avid surfer and waterman. I love embracing the beautiful region we call home here in Southern California, and as a Florida-to-California transplant, I'm trying to explore more and more of what the West Coast has to offer.
